ترجمه مقاله Structural Results for Combined Continuous User Authentication and Intrusion Detection in High Security Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks

چکیده فارسی:

تایید پیوسته هویت کاربر یک رویکرد مهم مبتنی بر پیشگیری در محافظت شبکه AD Hoc سیار یا mobile ad hoc networks – MANETs با امنیت بالا می باشد. همچنین سیستم های تشخیص نفوذ یا IDS هم در شناسایی موثر فعالیت های مخرب مهم است. با توجه به دو رویکرد فوق، آنها به صورت مشترک در طراحی امنیت بهینه و با توجه به حساب (Account) مورد نیاز در امنیت سیستم و محدودیت منابع در MANET ها موثر می باشند. به منظور بدست آوردن طرح بهینه از ترکیب تایید مداوم هویت کاربر و IDS ها در یک شیوه توزیع، ما مشکلاتی به عنوان بخشی از فرآیند تصمیم گیری مارکوف مشاهده احتمالی (POMDP) مثل مشکل راهزنی های مسلحانه را که قابل مشاهده اند را تدوین و فرموله می کنیم. یک روش نتایج ساختاری در حل مشکل برای یک شبکه بزرگ با گره های متنوع را ارائه می دهیم. سیاست هایی که از نتایج ساختاری مشتق شده اند در MANET های قابل استفاده، پیاده سازی آسانی دارند. در اثرات نتایج شبیه سازی نشان داده شده و عملکرد طرح پیشنهادی ارائه گردیده است.

چکیده انگلیسی:

Continuous user authentication is an important prevention-based approach to protect high security mobile ad- hoc networks (MANETs). On the other hand, intrusion detection systems (IDSs) are also important in MANETs to effectively iden- tify malicious activities. Considering these two approaches jointly is effective in optimal security design taking into account system security requirements and resource constraints in MANETs. To obtain the optimal scheme of combining continuous user authentication and IDSs in a distributed manner, we formulate the problem as a partially observable Markov decision process (POMDP) multi-armed bandit problem. We present a structural results method to solve the problem for a large network with a variety of nodes. The policies derived from structural results are easy to implement in practical MANETs. Simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness and the performance of the proposed scheme.
